Founded in 1988, Roxwell Limited is an Established Building Contractor experienced in all aspects of Building, Repair, Refurbishment and High Specification Fit Out Works. These works are undertaken in varied types of building including Offices, Banks, Doctors Surgeries, Health Centres, Shops, Hospitals, Industrial Buildings, Commercial/ Residential Refurbishment, External Repairs, Redecorations, Licensed and Private Premises and often involve executing works around the personnel movements of the building’s occupants.

Roxwell Limited’s management and staff have many years experience in all aspects of Building Works, including Repair, Refurbishment and Fit Out of Offices, Banks, Doctors Surgeries and Health Centres, Licensed and Private Premises. We often execute works around the personnel movements of occupied premises.

Managing Director David Thickbroom, the Operational Directors together with our Contract Managers have a hands on approach to each and every project undertaken, with at least one of the Directors overseeing each individual project. We believe that at our level our strength is an intimate individual knowledge of a project from tender/inception through the construction process on site to completion and agreement of the Final Account. Regular internal meetings are held between all staff so that there is general knowledge of all projects both past and in progress.

We are flexible in our approach and try to be proactive in problem solving, offering solutions that will reduce the construction period and provide greater efficiency to the process. We provide regular cost reporting to ensure our Clients are aware of financial matters and other significant information so that informed decision making can take place throughout the construction process.

We are most fortunate to have good loyal Office Staff, Site Management and trades, many of whom have been with the company for much of its history supplemented with newer members of our team.

At any one time we have several larger projects on site and provide a special works service to keep clients’ properties well maintained.

We have a large and varied client base of Banks and Building Societies, Property Investment and Development Companies, Livery Companies, Breweries and Restaurants, Ecclesiastical and other Religious Orders, Schools, Professional Practices and Health Authorities.

Generally most of our work is inside the M25, but we have completed projects in Milton Keynes, Bournemouth, Wellingborough, Long Melford in Suffolk and Woburn in Bedfordshire.

Repeat business is essential to our Company and we are very aware this will only be gained from satisfied Clients. We therefore endeavour to deliver all projects defect-free before handover.

We employ Health & Safety Consultants to maintain high standards of Health & Safety on site.

WE BELIEVE THAT AT OUR LEVEL OUR STRENGTH IS AN INTIMATE INDIVIDUAL KNOWLEDGE OF A PROJECT FROM TENDER/INCEPTION THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS ON SITE TO COMPLETION AND AGREEMENT OF THE FINAL ACCOUNT. REGULAR INTERNAL MEETINGS ARE HELD BETWEEN ALL STAFF SO THAT THERE IS GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF ALL PROJECTS BOTH PAST AND IN PROGRESS.
